In order to ensure the orderly progress of equipment renovation, we will make a work plan and scheme in advance for any equipment after it enters the repair workshop:

1. Incoming inspection of equipment:

1.1 inspect the appearance of the incoming equipment, record the damage points of the equipment, whether it needs to be replaced, overhauled and maintained;

1.2 start the equipment, test the performance of the equipment, check whether the equipment can be started normally, check whether there is abnormal sound or fault in the boom, turntable, gearbox, etc. after the equipment is started, check whether there is oil leakage in the hydraulic system and electrical system, and record all the problems;

2. Designation of equipment maintenance scheme:

According to the equipment failure point, formulate the maintenance and renovation plan, detailed to the details of each screw;

3. Implementation of equipment maintenance process:

Carry out maintenance according to the maintenance plan. If the parts need to be replaced, fill in the application form, apply for the parts to the parts department, and feed back the abnormal problem points in time;

4. First acceptance:

Accept the problem points in the maintenance plan, including the ultrasonic flaw detection of structural welding, hydraulic system commissioning and testing, electrical system use testing, etc., and register all problems and sign by the inspector.

5. Second acceptance:

After the first acceptance, the problems found will be overhauled and debugged again. Only after all problems have been debugged can the inspector sign for confirmation. If the problem still exists, a third or even more test will be required.
